He knew from the get go that this was going to be an exercise in patience. Bucky was going to take time to feel comfortable and figure out what to do. He was okay with it. Steve trusted the other man. He just needed to wait a little until he trusted himself.

Steve groaned appreciatively at the nipping but it was the kiss he really liked, returning it just as hungrily. It might not be a perfect mirror that time but Bucky initiated it and he was encouraging. This was wonderful.
